NSI – New Self Image is dedicated to helping men and women embrace and maintain a healthy lifestyle with a complete approach to weight loss, exercise, and nutrition. We design customized programs that not only work, but are interesting and fun. Our strategy isn’t based on just dropping weight, we offer a program that will enable you to lose the pounds and then maintain your goal weight and a healthy life style.
We know if an exercise routine is dreadful and a prescribed diet is a daily struggle, nobody will stick to it. Our complete approach takes your likes and dislikes into consideration so you can embrace healthy living and help you in your weight loss.
Our exercise programs are designed for all ages and all fitness levels. We offer small group classes so each participant will get the personal training they need. Our Risk Free, Low Impact classes are fun and cost effective. Classes are ongoing with follow ups to maintain long term results. Our fitness experts will help you set realistic goals and then work with you so you can achieve them. And…we don’t believe in the high pressure approach you may have experienced in many other fitness centers. It’s OK to start slow; upgrades are available when you are ready.

A complete fitness approach includes Diet and Nutritional Education. We’ll work with you to achieve a healthy weight loss of 15 to 30 pounds a month and once you reach your goal, we’ll help you maintain it. We also teach and sell the Medifast program which has been recommended by over 20,000 doctors since 1980. www.medifast1.com
Now we’re going to do something you don’t see very often on fitness websites. We’re going to tell you our fees, right here on the home page. Our cost effective approach is straight forward and structured to fit your budget.
Program $25.00 per week for 2 sessions or $50.00 per week unlimited sessions. We recommend a six month program. During the first three months we’ll focus on weight loss and the next three months we’ll work on nutrition education and fitness for permanent weight loss.
